1) Stephen asked 100 coffee drinkers whether they like cream or sugar in their coffee. According to the Venn diagram below, how many like

a) Cream?

b) Sugar?

c) Sugar but not cream?

Solution:

a) 16 + 20 = 36

b) 20 + 35 = 55
c) 35
d) 16
e) 20
f) 16 + 20 + 35 = 71
